I need to get the Clifford manual for the alarm system in my car. I had to replace the battery and now I don't know how to reprogram the alarm. Clifford will send me the instructions when I tell them the model number. They told me that every alarm has different settings so I need to know the exact one in my car. The alarm was installed by the previous owner. I searched for the alarm and could not find it. The remote control for the alarm system is carbon fiber and has 4 buttons on the front and 1 on the side. The alarm system also has a remote starter. I had to reprogram the alarm system once before and the person who did it for me pushed a few buttons on the remote and everything worked in a few minutes. He tried again, but this time was unsuccessful. Now, I pulled the fuse out otherwise the siren will go off.
Here are some pics of what I've done so far: This is what I believe is called the Valet Switch ![]() Same pic just zoomed out. ![]() I pulled the Light switch out. ![]() Here it is without the switch. ![]() Now I had to remove the nut. ![]() A few twists and it was ready to come out. ![]() Here it is removed. ![]() Next the Emeregency brake has 2 philips screws that need to be removed. ![]() Here they are. ![]() Now once you pull the handle, you can see a 3rd screw. ![]()

The 3rd screw is in the middle. Sorry the pic turned out dark and blurry.
![]() In this picture you can see it better and notice the screwdriver in the hole that's in the middle of the emergency brake handle. ![]() Here is a closeup. ![]() Next I removed the cover on top of the steering column. ![]() Here is a picture with it removed. ![]() Here is what the piece looks like from behind. ![]() Now the head light switch trim panel can be removed. ![]() This job requires an 8mm socket. ![]() On the right side of the steering wheel, over the ignition, the trimpiece comes out the same way. 2 more 8mm screws. ![]() First one on it's way out. ![]()

To remove the lower trim piece the hood latch has to be disconnected. That screw has to be removed.
![]() Now the connector must be pushed out. ![]() Here is a shot under the dash close to the steering column. ![]() Here is a picture of some of the crazy wiring I found there. ![]() Another shot. ![]() The connector for the emergency brake must be removed the same way as the hood latch. ![]() Picture of the hood latch handle with the connector removed. ![]() This picture is to the left of the steering wheel under the dash. ![]() Here is a closeup. ![]() This is to the far right where teh center console is. ![]()

There is another plastic trim piece taht connects to the cover that is under teh steering column. To remove this, a small circular plug had to be removed that was deep under the steering column.
![]() There is the inner trim piece removed. ![]() This is a picture taken from underneath in search for the alarm box. ![]() Still hoping to snap a picture of this black box that I have never seen before. ![]() This is a part that belongs to the alarm system. I'm getting closer. ![]() And yet another switch found on the inner trim piece. ![]() Here is te backside with its connector. ![]() This picture is on the left side deep under the dash. ![]() This picture is of teh wires starting from the ignition... the right side ![]() Same picture just a little lower and closer. ![]()

Same picture as above. This time I zoomed in.
![]() This is the same zoomed in all the way. To the right is the center console. ![]() Directly below the steering wheel. ![]() Closer look of the same picture. ![]() Same as above only this time starting from the right side going to the left side of the car. ![]() Picture is the same as above only this time I zoomed out. ![]() If you look at the picture above this one, the piece in the bottom left side is what this picture is. ![]() Left side on the steering wheel under the dash. ![]() Left side kick panel area. I had to remove the kick panel plastic trim piece to get to it. I also had to remove teh floor mat and the carpet mat under that. ![]() Left side kick panel area. ![]()
