Question Straight Piping a '77 450SL

Hello,

I am having my catalytic converter removed and putting in a straight pipe. Do I need to have anything else done once the process is complete? I read something about adjusting fuel mix??

It will be louder by a decible or 2............but its not going to bust your eardrums or anything.

IMHO, you should not do this. First, it's a violation of federal law to tamper with an emissions device.
Second, we all breathe the same air and drink the same water. Don't screw it up. [/soapbox]

First of all...I'm in agreement here...

Second...yes, it will be louder. but like B/H said...not earth shattering...methinks B/H has lost his sense of humour !

You where saying..?
