260e ignition & emissions questions

1. After reading past posts, I understand that timing on the M103 is controlled by the EZL module and position sensor on the crankshaft damper. Can someone walk me through the process of checking and modifying my timing.

2. At idle, I don't have suction on the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) system - I checked the small hose from the cam cover. If the system is clogged, what steps should I take to clear the system?

Thanks in advance.

Steven
