tuk sound on turn

I hear a tuk sound from the front right side everytime I turn to right at 30-40mph. I had my mb technician change the idler arm bush, tie-rod, and draggling arm but the tuk sound is still coming.
Can somebody suspect where exactly is it coming from and how to get rid of it.
