W123 Heater Blower still stuck on HIGH.

I had it in an Independent shop all day last week and they couldn't figure it out. W123 Type III climate control. I bought the CD ROM manual and can't even read the schematic on it. Looks like I would need some sort of special MB tester anyway. Anything else I can try? I did replace the climate control unit (buttons). All I get is HIGH. Will not shut down.
