300 CE QUESTION

I have a 92 300ce, I love it to death, but I have heard mention of a 320ce? when I looked it up in the mbusa site under all the car models that mb made it is not listed, is there such a animal and if so what is the differences between the 300ce and the 320ce, thanks in advance for any and all insite in this matter.
