The problem is you are adjusting something which is not easily measured... the EHA adjustment might affect the pressure in your fuel distributor so you would need to measure upper and lower chamber pressure during the adjustment to really know what was going on... Idealy you should adjust what you can measure first. This link has some info on checking duty cycle, as do the links in my signature...
