Finding an exhaust manifold that does what you need will be impossible. You will have to fabricate one. You will also have to fabricate oil and water supply and return lines, but those are a lot easier.

You could use a crossover and one turbo, if you have the space. A second turbocharger takes up more space, but in different places.
