US 190E 2.3-16s only came in metallic black and some sort of silver with black leather and with 5-speed or auto. '86s have standard rectangular sealed beam headlights, '87s have the less effective flush headlights. First thing I'd do is get a set of Euro headlights.
There's a silver AT one in the San Francisco area with ~160K miles for $6500. Sixto 91 300SE 81 300SD
