Yes, I would certainly not be paying so much attention to a seat belt code. ...and I would be addressing that EGR flow code, for sure..
A simple hand vac test, at least..

I did the vacuum test but the engine is running rough anyway. There is not much to tell. The EGR is good(I can hear the clicking noise) but the tube is probably clogged.
I did not know that a clogged EGR would have this effect. Some people here on the forum are blocking the EGR tube, and they don't mention about shaking....

Then if you do a recommended test , you should post back the test results so anyone trying to help you will have some insight on a possible diagnosis of your problem and can then move on to the next test precedure.

The EGR flow test is just to see if there is an RPM change when the egr is opened Manually @ idle with coolant temp past 104F....if it opens and there is no change , then you have a blocked tube ..if it opens and does change , then the egr flow funtion is correct ,but the EGR system is not opening the egr at the correct demands from the ECU.. that could be the EGR Switch Over Valve. Which would have a first check of the vac feed tube at the front of the engine...either of these will give the code #5.
You also have to report back if the EGR is holding vac.
Without this info, I can't go into any further diagnosis..you ask for info, but you give none back..
What I get back from you is you want to know what the codes are for your seatbelts. [ pin 6].....I got news ..that has nothing to do with your engine running problems..but your EGR System does...............
Your rough running engine may have other problems too, but the EGR code has to be dagnosed b/c the DM is telling you it has a malfunction..and that could be your problem.

So....without test results , It is difficult to diagnose the problem for you.

We just finish cleaning the EGR tube and took the car for a test drive.
No change that i can see. I did also check the vacuum from the engine to the switchover valve on the front of the engine.
What's next?

If the egr is confirmed as closing, then I would suggest you look for a vacuum leak...you may also want to take the vac line off the fuel pressure regulator and see if there is any evidence of fuel coming from the port or in the line ..there should be none and if there is, you need a FP regulator.

we just went to the dealer yesterday and got 5yds of clear vacuum hose and 5yds of rubber hose and replaced all vacuum parts within the engine compartment.
After I red some of the posts I did check the Fuel regulator and it looks like the hose is very dry.
Also verify the part# on the OVP. Is the new updated one.
Also after cleaning the EGR tube we reset the codes and drove it for 45-50 miles and no more check engine light.
I am afraid to get near the throtle body especially because is the ASR model thet I know it costs a lot.
If worst come to worst ...what is the best way to rebuild it?

PS although car drive excellent a soon as it passes 35mp. It has power, the mpg on the hway is 24-25mpg so....I am still puzzled...

That chassis has a distinct power change at higher RPMs b/c that is when the cam advance and intake runner length both kick in.. That is the max. power band range on 104 HFM/SFI systems.

So what should I look for? because in 0-35 mph range car practically dies.
Sometimes it does not even go up the hill

Of course ...nothing changed it!
To be clear it idles smooth( with some little spikes in idling), but a soon I am putting in Drive and try to take off it shakes and has no power running like a 2cycle engine.

Plug the purge MOT valve vac hose and retry it..you may have an internal vac leak at that valve.

Inner fender well panel...driver side ..says MOT right on it.
They get full of dirt and stick open , causing an engine intake vav leak that you can not see b/c it is internal.....

Just a thought

Did you check the plug connectors under the coils?

Arthur mentioned this on one of his many replies to similar problems. I finally replaced mine and viola! Smooth idle. I checked the edges of the replaced ones and the rubber was brittle and chipped. Only a couple of small chips but it was all it took for my wagon.

Easy enough to check.

Found the problem .....BAD coil pack
I decided to buy a new one from MB and I kept moving it until I got the bad one.
It was the one near firewall.
Now my uncle enjoys his wagon a lot.

PS what is very surprising is that there were no misfiring codes??????
