The most common symptom is felt when slowing to a stop. The vehicle lopes to a stop as you almost come to a rest, sort of pulsing as the rotor warpage hits the pads and then releasing as the wheel continues to make a 360 degree rotation. Or as we might say in the south, "It sas-shays" to a stop.

If you have this condition and wish to fix, you may find that the caliper bracket is not allowing the caliper housing to move freely and therefore will not release completely clear and allowing the pad to generate a whole-lotta heat as you go down the highway thus warping the rotor. Simply replace mounting bracket as well as rotor. Also, if the rotor gets really hot, it is bad to clamp down on the brake for an extended period of time.
