Here is the latest: Found that the ASR/ESP charge pump was seized. Took it apart and got it working on the bench. It appears it is NOT getting 12 v from the controller. I am only getting about 1 v from controller to pump. My question is, when you first turn the key on, should the controller supply 12 v to the pump or under what conditions should the controller be providing power to the charge pump. Before I condemn the controller, can someone help me out with this question? Thx

The EPC shows a relay for the ABS (part #167), but it doesn't show where it is located on the car. Could this relay control the pumps?
