With much thanks to Thomaspin who resized some pics of my cars to under 65k, I can now post them here.

This first one is my well used and much loved 1973 350SLC I have owned for 20 years. I bought it cheaply as a somewhat neglected car. Cosmetically it could use some work but mechanically it's fine at around 350,000km. I have done all the work and maintenance over that time (except for a transmission rebuild). Goes hard too all the way to 6,500 rpm with high compression and no cats or emission controls. This pic is enjoying a club motorkhana (gymkhana for cars).

This pic is our 1990 300TE (wife's daily driver and kid hauler). It has travelled 175,000km now and we've owned it almost 5 years. It replaced a 1980 300TD we owned for 4 years. the 300TD was a regular concours class winner and the 300TE has won its class every year except for the first year we owned it. I'm proud to have brought a daily driver up to this condition and obviously for concours it must be very clean and original. The only modification visible to those with a keen eye is the 7" Sportline wheels. This pic was at the 2002 concours.

These last pics are of the 1990 190E 2.3 Sportline 5-speed I purchased earlier this year. It was almost an impusle purchase due to its rarity (I'm told 1 of 15 that came to Oz and probably the only manual). It has replaced my 350SLC as my daily driver and I'm really enjoying it. It has travelled almost 220,000km now but still feels solid. Being a Sportline it has four well bolstered seats, smaller steering wheel and shift knob all in leather. With the more direct steering, lower and firmer suspension, and wider wheels and tyres, the handling is brilliant.
