2003 W209 AMG CLK 55 Center Console Question

Does anyone know how to remove the trim panel in the center console? I think I need to remove the radio/navigation first but I do not see anything that releases it? The A/C and heating module also looks like it should be released and I do not see anything that holds that one either. I need to get to the seat heater switches above the radio/navigation screen. I think the seat heater switch is bad and I want to get it out to see if I can clean some contacts or replace it. I can see some torex bolts that are holding the bottom through the ash tray cover. Any help as to how to remove the parts above without damaging them will be appreciated. Thanks John
