1974 420SL fuel pump compatibility
I don't post here much, as I am a Diesel guy, but my friend has a 1974 420 (I think) SL, and it has a bad fuel pump. My question is: Will the fuel pump from a later MB gasser work? I see plenty of 126 cars in wrecking yards, but very rarely do I see an SL. Thanks in advance, Rich
