The only vacuum to a 79 240D injection pump would be for the shut-off diaphram. Not much needed in the way of a diagram. Just hook vacuum to the diaphram any time you wish the motor not to run. All of the rest of the time there is no need for vacuum at the pump.

Uncle,

What are you doing about a transfer case in this swap?

Sounds like a fun project.

Good luck,

T-case's

I am using 2 divorced Transfer cases from a chevy truck using a small driveshaft to the left T-case from the transmission,And using front output of the left case to power the right case via industrial chain. They will be mounted right next to each other (giving me twice the lowrange gearing somewhere around 6 to 1)then I will run driveshafts to the axles.I just put the engine in and will be frabricating mounts for it soon.
