I have noticed that all W126 motors have that plastic cover that goes over the distributor with the star on the top. My car doesn't have that. I don't know if it ever came with one or not since this is a euro. So the question is, do I really need this thing?? Is it more cosmetic or does it actually serve a real purpose?
