can somebody tell me whats going on ....i have a 92 400se and when i turn the ign key on the dash cluster lights flash about five times ....im told this meens the cluster is bad is this true....the cluster lights up ok but the only gages that work is the clock and the temp gage.......please HELP if you can THANKS A LOT.
