The springs are what determines the ride height. So running those HR springs with new shocks, even B8s, would still be too low and cause the shock piston to bottom out making your car feel like you're driving with zero dampening. If you want to lower your car try getting some rear c208 springs and taking a coil off at a time until you get the proper height you're looking for. The c208 rear coils are beefy and stiff. Also try some 400E front coils. Those are also beefy, especially to support the weight of the massive V8 engine.
