So running those HR springs with new shocks, even B8s, would still be too low and cause the shock piston to bottom out making your car feel like you're driving with zero dampening. The springs are already cut, with the 19mm pad installed now, it's just high enough to not bottom out or touch the wheel fender when turning. I like the idea of C280 or 400E springs. C280's are plentiful in the yards these days.
