Hello guys. I currently have a 99 Millenia S, and am looking to purchase another car. I want to spend $20,000 or less.

It seems the following would be in my price range. I would appreciate some recommendations...

1.300e
2.300d
3.e-300d (any advantages on the diesels?)
4.400e
5.c220/c280 (I have seen several with the AMG pack)
