Storing car several months

We are going to spend 3-4 months elsewhere to beat the weather and only take one car with us. I will "store" my E320 during this time. I know about using a gas additive to stabilize it. What else should I do?

Is a car cover recommended? Will moisture collect uner it and cause problems?
