I put 1000 freeway miles on my 94 E320 coupe this weekend and felt the car slightly shuttering each time the A/C (compressor?) engaged. I was travelling between 70-85mph in 90 degreee heat with a single passenger and approx. 150lbs. of luggage. Is this shuttering normal or is there a some item worn or in need of attention? I've owned the car a year and have not oberved this occurance prior. It has 70K miles and is a Starmark car. -fad

Be sure to have the aux fans checked for proper operation. They are known to blow the 15A fuse that is located under the fuse box lid.(not in the same location of the other fuses) We replace them all with the 20A fuses and none have come back.
