sunroof/tranny/indicator stalk 83 300D 180k+ mi

my sunroof is stuck open, the motor whirls, but nothing happens any clues on the parts i need and how to fix. Also auto tranny shifts into 2nd at 23mph and into 3rd at 40mph. Furthermore, dash lights turn signals and glove box light do not work, fuse is good. I need a little help. thaks in advance. josh
