Vibrating steering wheel

Hi..
I had this vibrating problems on my 97 e420 fixed last time. And it started to vibrate again, especially at speed around 55 mph. In addition, as it vibrate, the steer feels like going to left and right. Do I need an alignment? or may be balancing on my tires?
