Hi,
Is the outside temp guage adjustable? Mine currently reads about 9 - 10 degrees higher then the actual temp. Its consistent no matter what the outside temp is. I have a 1990 300CE-24 Thanks -Kevin |

Hi Kevin,
You should try doing a search on this topic - I remember several posts regarding adjusting the placement of the sensor to provide a more accurate reading. Regards, Nick |

You will have to replace the sensor if it is off and then place it in the right location.

It is not adjustable. But before replacing the sensor I would do a little test: place the probe of a reasonably accurate digital thermometer next to the temperature sensor (in the front bumper)and compare the two readings. If they are within a few degrees then the sensor is ok. If the sensor does need to be replaced, you can do it yourself for less than $10.
