87 300E size - PeachParts Mercedes-Benz Forum

Just purchased an 87 300E , when i ran a VIN check on it , it came in as a European model with "special chassis large"...When I compare it to other W124's it appears to look wider..Is this possible? or am I seeing things?

Don't feel bad Darryl. Mine always looks larger when there is something wrong with it. It kinda sits there and just looks BIG!!!

Gotta agree with you there, damn it sure grows when it needs repair, and especially when it wont move.
