Need advise-BG 44k cleaner.

I understand to get the full and immediate benefit of this system cleaner it can be added directly into your engine by using one of the engine vacuum lines when the engine is running, then turn off the engine for 15 minutes, then drive the car.
Would someone tell me the location and which vacuum line to use on my 400E engine?
