I plan on replacing the rear subframe mounts on my 1990 190 E 2.6. I am pretty resourceful on creating makeshift tools. I was wondering if it was fairly simple to rig up some pipes, etc to press out the old mounts/press in the news ones, or should I get the correct shop tools or have someone else do it.

If you mean the diff busings, the tool should be easy to build. You do have to clock the bushings in the correct position.
