Check engine....error code 441

A couple of weeks CE light went on......went to PEPBOYS and got a diagnostic, they told the computer registered an error code 441, and that my canister might need to be changed if it comes back on .

well a week later comes the light again!!!

Code 441...means : Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow...

Can someone please please make some sense out of this.......what do i need to do...which part to replace......I am confused ....I understand the whole EEC thing...but......again...what do i do to get the light offfffff

thanks in advance for any help I might get

Good question Jim, of course the tire store wouldn't need such info to give such good advice.

The one thing that it won't be is the charcoal cannister.
