You will also need a good floor jack, a trained operator jack operator ( 1 minute of training required), a cordless phone, wheel chocks and either a good set of jack stands or ramps.
The jack stands/ramps and wheel chocks are self explanatory. The other equipment is just in case the one in a million accident happens. The trained jack operator calls 911 while they jack up the car that just slipped. This is a very easy and safe job if you approach it correctly. It doesn't cost any more to do it safely and it is more fun to work on cars with a friend! Good Luck! ------------------ Deezel 87 300TDT 150,000 miles |
