Driver side window sqweeks bad!

My 300CE does this also only when the window reaches the top or bottom of travel.

I think its the main pivot point on the regulator that is getting fatigued. I tried l lubricating all the pivot point, but it did not help. I'll be replacing my regulator later next month.
