Yesterday I replaced a bad rocker arm and lifter. While I was there I put in a new set of spark plugs. Now the idle is rougher then it was with a bad rocker.

My neighbor thinks it's a worm cam against new parts.
Does the rocker and lifter need time to seat themselves? Any ideas are helpful.
