My 93 190E 2.0 has been having starting problem since I bought the car about a month back. So far I have got the cold start valve changed and I have also sent the car for pressure checked which seems ok. It now start fine when cold. But when it is warm, say after stopping for few hours, it doesn't start on first try. Usually, it seems like it almost starts but die and require a second or third attempt in cranking. Even if it starts, it tends to idle roughly. Once it settles, it idles and drives ok though.
I checked the fuse on the overvoltage relay, its ok. I now suspect the coolant temp sensor. Am I on the right track? Any advise appreciated. Also does anyone have the part no. for the coolant temp sensor for the fuel system? Thank you. Siak Yeow |

More than likely, you have some injectors leaking down or the EHA is seeping fuel. These are common problems.
