If I remember correctly there's a company in the US of A that refurbishes them - have a look on ebay

I might be wrong - so use the following information with care - but I think (only think I remember!) the company was Cardone or something like that - in any case a company who is normally associated with refurbishing axles...

Is this car still running a single circuit brake system? ( Only one line coming from the master cylinder )
If so, I'd want to upgrade to a dual master, a dual might bolt up to the old booster. ( In the US, dual was mandated in 68 ) I'd also be tempted to install a booster / MC from a much newer car if finding the original isn't possible.

W108 should fit but I'll have to look at depths of things. They are moved towards the fender compared to a w110/111 to clear the v8. so some things may have changed in the pushrod and stuff.
