It does in fact have an O2 sensor. I see that the wire is very close to the heat shield, and may have caused a short somewhere. As far as the relay is concerned, it has the following info on top: 6650/min 6Zyl.12V 898302 07.94 M-Tacho
The socket has 12 pins, but the relay only has 9 pins (6 on one side, 3 on the other).
