I know that the OM603 is the one to have for this car but I have two options with regard to an OM606.

Option #1- I have an OM606 NA block and head, IP, and numerous other parts as well as a tranny and differential from a W124. Bear with me. I'm just listing what I have. I'm just trying to create a meal outta what I have in the kitchen so to speak.

Option #2- I have a lead on an OM606 Turbo Engine (1999) but it has unbelievably high mileage on it. The owner drove from NC to Michigan twice a week and I have been told that it has been maintained religiously. So far I've only seen a video of the engine running and from what I can tell it runs very well. There's no smoke and supposedly no oil use. Are you ready for this? It supposedly has 745k on the engine I'm not making this up folks. I can buy the whole car for $800.

Option #3- I have a few OM603's on my list. All of them are priced fair.
