My opinion is to save everything! If you get rid of it now, one day you will need it and have to pay a premium to replace it. I have been saving 'Benz parts for years, and just sold 7 cars and a shed and backyard full of parts to one guy. Made good $ for stuff most people would be happy to get scrap value for. Engines/parts are getting scarce, so saving a complete running engine is worth it in the long run.
