I set up the test in the video with longer tubes ( about 8" ) and ran the engine until one of the tubes was over half full. The tubes that filled up more than the others were the bad injectors.

Thanks, I watched the video, and that seems like a pretty easy and valuable test. The video being an inline 5, how different would the V6 be? I imagine the longer tubes are so the engine can be ran, rather than just cranking. It would seem to be more accurate, as it would acquire a larger sample.
