Sitting here daydreaming, I came up with this crazy idea for an engine that owuld have a ridiculous service life:

617.952 with a NA cam, turbo blocked off, intercooled, and a w116 intake with runners.

Also, remove the vacuum pump, and put the alternator where the A/C would go-so that the water pump still works if the alternator dies.

We'd be talking 750,000 between rebuilds right?
