I'm 56. Fell in love with the 107 when it first came out. Finally had a nice one come for sale at a good price and I bought it. I've done a lot of maintanance on it, because the PO didn't. But there is nothing like riding down the road with the top down on a sunny day...

42 is my age. I first saw the style of the 129 in the early 90's and to be honest it was the first Benz I though looked really cool, with the exception of the old Gull Wing. Then 6 months ago I got a hair up my butt to buy an SL500 and found a beauty, 1999 silver with black interior in pristine condition, I couldn't resist any longer, especially with the price 20K. I feel like a millionaire driving this beauty. So far so good too, no major problems, at least nothing I couldn't fix myself. A really great machine.

Mobley

71 years young. My car is a 1987 560Sl that I bought ten years ago. It has 163,00 miles. My first MB and I do not plan to sell it for at least another 15 to 20 years. Prior to this MB I had numerous BMW's, an Alpha, Corvette, TR6's, etc,. Always need a rag top.

Too old or too young.. can't decide...

I’m 53… my first Mercer R129 and the one I have dreamt about since the early 90’ish.

When I bought it back in January this year; my old dad now 83, couldn’t wait to get a ride. He then told me a well kept secret. He actually had one for 2 days back in the late 50’ish, won it in a bet with his boss. But my mom told him to deliver it back… we were 3 kids In exchange he got a VW… I can tell you, the memories came back to him. Not even my brothers new C200 stand a chance…
