Day 4-
Bloody feet! The glands in my neck feel swollen, and the mosquitos are thicker than the north country fog. The monkeys are everywhere and howling,and the stink of rotting earth and fermented fruits poison the thick damp air like an upstream corpse. Uta hasn't spoken a word to me today and thus far I have returned the favor. I cannot seem to manage a pleasant thought, I wouldn't even know where to begin to try one.
