don't forget the sheepskins for the minor scuffs on the seats.....

I wonder how many times she redlined the motor while doing neutral drops.

Come on dude, give the site owners a break--such criticism is going to result in a pompous, over-thought retort which will unnecessarily devour precious bandwidth.

Taking revenge on a automobile is downright low.

One exception was when I was driving through Trenton, NJ at night sitting at a red light. All of a sudden a guy on foot starts yelling at the driver of the car next to me accusing him of hit and run. He had a baseball bat and did more damage than what we see here. He nailed all windows, lights, and most body panels. All before the light turned green.

I worked with a guy once who had an ex gf pour a gallon of brakefluid on his then new IROC Camaro. She ended up getting married to her mechanic and now lives three doors down from me. It's a small world, and the wife and I go out of our way to smile and wave when we see her.

Everyone assumes a woman did this; it looks like too much damage for a woman to have caused. Those dents are deep! I think it was a spurned gay lover.

Saw the car today.

The owner/ebay seller acquired it as a Credit Union repo. It has a clear title, and OZ staggered wheels. It is Tourmaline Green, consistent with the Russian Vin website, just passed Cal Smog.

Clearly, it was cherished by the owner before all this happened.

I met the owner and we went out in the car at lunch today in Daly City.
He told me there has been a lot of interest in the car. Mechanically it's perfect so far as I could tell.

It was my first bout with a V12 R129, and driving it, when it's floored, is like a huge push from God on your back. The accelleration is unbelievable. No wonder people like these V12 cars.

Unfortunatetely, the vandal was very thorough in his/her damage. On the exterior, EVERY panel was smashed with a large axe. The center impacts mostly caused actual holes in the metal. The hood (which is aluminum) took several hits. The fenders, doors, removable hardtop, trunk, both headlights, one tail light, the V12 emblems, lower valance side panels, right rear mirror, rear window, passenger mirror, and front and rear bumpers were smashed.

Inside was as bad.

The headliner, dashboard plexiglas, BOTH sides of the sunvisors, the dashboard, airbag, radio, and both seats were shashed, as well as all the burlwood, even on the rolltop console.

It was very very bad.

But the car was good mechanically, and the seller (George) told me that he had an owners manual at home. He couldn't identify the owner to get the facts, of what happened, the number at Zbasearch wouldn't be answered when he called.

For a VERY sophisticated buyer who liked the color and could get the body and interior work done, it would be a good car. It runs strong.

A clue it was enthusiast owned was the anti radar license plate covers.

This car had veen loved, and had only 63k on it.

Shame..

I have a friend who used to own a readi mix company here so he knows a lot of concrete stories.

It seems on of his concrete truck drivers found out his wife had a boyfriend. so one day while the boyfriend was at the house with his wife, he pulled up beside the bf car and put the chute through the window and filled it up to the window line.

The weight of the concrete had the frame of the car on the ground.

Heh, heh!

Jim if you have enough time to waste looking at that POS then you should come down to San Diego and I'll buy you a beer next week.

It's interesting that folks who were banned mulitiple times have learned their lesson, and have such concern for perceived bandwith
wasted, and such constructive penetrating analysis to offer on things automotive.
