From a guy that has stayed sober nearly 20 years now going to AA.

Cunning, baffling, powerful...

At one time I thought it was bullsh$t, but I started going to meetings with an open mind. I've been sober for a while now and am getting my masters in drug/alcohol counseling. (patting myself on the back).

...and congrats to RichC!

And yes I've read the orange papers. And I do have an open mind, really open. Open enough to allow myself to goto a meeting and enjoy fellowship with other alcoholics.

well, i am glad that you are sober. please give yourself all the credit you rightly deserve. i certainly applaud you for that. as for aa, let's agree to disagree, and leave it there, ok?
