I did this with my Subaru XT, but took out the passenger's seat and put a refrigerator there, anchored to the seat belt & seat bolts.

Impractical you say? Well, I own two coupes with penalty box rear seats. Neither I nor my passengers can sit back there without heads touching the headliner and/or rear windshield. I have fit a good 4-5 sets of golf clubs in my 300cd's trunk though.

I really want to go all-out and buy the biggest car I can find. This one should do!
