Breach of Privacy
This afternoon I get a phone call from a ratings company doing a 4 minute survey. They used my full name and referenced a visit to my bank that I made a few days ago.
She started launching right into the questions and I immediately stopped her and told her that my banking business is confidential. She said that none of the questions are of a confidential nature, to which I responded that them having my name and personal contact information is already an affront to me. That's where it ended. I plan to make a visit to my local branch tomorrow and raise a stink about this. Is it supposed to be OK for total strangers to call you at home and start asking questions about personal banking?
