Breaking a leg doesn't qualify you for a Handicap Card or plate...it has to be something a bit more permanent.

And lacking brains was never a qualifier in the first place...

Besides, a normal Dr. would advise you to do one of two things...#1.) Stay off the leg or #2.) Park away from the front door and exercise a bit and "walk" to build it back up.

A Quack, however, would give you a HandiCard 'cause you're a golfing bud or someone that won't stay out of the office and bugs him enough to get one.

You can get a temporary designation, complete with expiration date, that can be affixed to the mirror. Been there with a relative.

If your leg is in a cast, and you are keeping it suspended away from the ground via the use of crutches, just how does "walking" build it back up?

I've been eligible for handicap plates in three states over the last.... quarter century or so. Haven't taken one, temporary or otherwise, ever.

No excuse for asshattery. Period.

There is an obvious answer here:

The driver is handicapped.... in the following ways.

1) Can't park OR
2) Can't see
3) Poor judgement (it's got to be difficult to load the wheelchair/crutches in that backseat.
4) More poor judgement (just a Turbo S? Should have gone for the GT2 RS or at least the Cabriolet there in Newport Beach)


I can't say that they have poor taste though. I wouldn't mind having the car myself. I just wouldn't park like that.
