I fully agree in investing large sums of money into $23.00 a gallon biofuel if that initial investment would lead to $1-2 gallon "green fuel". The problem with B.O. is that he is pursuing his idealogy at the cost of sinking our DoD R&D programs. Why ? My belief is that B.O. believes deep down our military and foreign policy is evil.
