Adding heated seats to 94 e320 (w124)

Has anyone ever added heated seats to a car that wasn't equipped with them stock??

I know that bergwerks offered a kit to do this, however, they are out of business. Another site that offers seat heating elements is www.heaterseats.com they supply (or claim to supply) the heating element for a long list of cars including Mercedes. They offer a kit which includes the heating elements (dual temp) and switches for 2 seats at a semi-reasonable price around $200 - $250. My question is, would it be possible to use stock heated seat switches from a different E320? Looking at the wiring diagram it appears not, since the switches are not a simple on/off but rather connect to the Front Heated Seat control module.

I would also consider buying the heated seat elements, control module, and switches out of a wrecked 124 (or 201 if so equipped) if I could locate one at a reasonable price (again around 200 - 300 shipped). I obviously don't need the seats or the seat covers, just the wiring, switches, and elements.

Any ideas, thoughts, or concerns? Does anyone have any experience with heaterseats.com and the quality of their heated elements??

Thanks!
