I don't think your's has the LED and button combo, for easy base code reading.

First, I would check all of the fuses....make sure there are no hairline cracks in them...turn them when in doubt. They can crack from one moment to the next, even while you are driving.

See if you got any of the front wheel sensors dirty while you where down there. Debris and metallic items can mess things up.
